Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Oregon. This role requires an organized and proactive individual who can perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a human resources setting.

Responsibilities

  • Performing administrative tasks, including opening case information into the employee relations system and updating existing cases in case management software (HR Acuity).
  • Transcribing notes and creating drafts of documents for employee relations consultant review.
  • Responding to unemployment claims in case management software (ADP Casebuilder).
  • Handling routine requests from within the general employee relations mailbox.
  • Uploading exit checklists and supporting the exit interview process.

Qualifications

  • High-school diploma.
  • Past experience or aspirations in HR is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter mentality to act autonomously.
  • Collaborative, warm, and patient demeanor.

Required Work Hours

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite.

Benefits

This position offers competitive pay with a range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
